We collect information you provide directly: name, email, phone, location, identity verification documents, and bank/payment information. We also collect GPS data when you check in to tasks and submit proofs.
We use your information to: match you with nearby tasks, verify your identity, process payments, communicate about tasks, and improve our platform.
GPS location is collected when you browse tasks, check in to tasks, and submit proofs. This data is used to verify you are at the task location. Location is only collected with your permission.
We share limited information with: task developers (your first name, rating, task completion status), Stripe (for payment processing), and identity verification providers (for KYC).
We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Payment information is handled by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting privacy@workfunder.com. Account deletion removes your data within 30 days.
