Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WorkFunder, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Worker Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, legally authorized to work, and pass identity verification (KYC) to accept and complete tasks on WorkFunder.

3. Task Completion

When you accept a task, you agree to complete it according to the provided instructions and within the specified deadline. Proof of completion (photos, GPS verification) is required.

4. Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe. WorkFunder takes a platform fee (16% standard). Payouts are sent to your connected Stripe account after proof approval.

5. Disputes

If you disagree with a proof rejection, you may open a dispute within 48 hours. Disputes are reviewed by the WorkFunder admin team.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not submit fraudulent proofs, create multiple accounts, harass other users, or use the platform for any illegal purpose. Violations may result in account suspension.
